Broom Equipment's Limited Warranty
Rinaku Broomstick's Broomriding Equipment Shop warrants representatively
of its suppliers decent and solid quality of of every delivered product.
It warrants explicitely that the article of broomstick equipment is
at the time of its purchase free of defects in material, design, workmanship
and spellcast to the following terms and conditions:
- The only valid currency between Rinaku Broomstick's Broomriding
School or Equipment Shop and his pupils / customers are Wizarding
Dollars (W$), the only way of payment is cash. Exclusive area of jurisdiction
is the seat of Rinaku Broomstick's Broomriding School, exclusive juridical
instances ARE iBa and AIDBV.
- The Warranty Period is twelve (12) months form the date of the purchase.
This limited warranty is only valid and enforceable in the following
countries : Latvia, Jordan, Malta, Romania, Switzerland and any member
State of AIDBV and iBa.
- During the warranty period the woodden parts will remain intact
and the spellset will protect the rider against cold weather, misguidance
and visibility.
- In case of operational errors, an authorized service company will
repair or replace a defective broomstick. the defective engine is
replaced by a new one. A repaired or replaced broomstick will not
be given a prolonged or renewed warranty period.
- This limited warranty will not cover painted, woven, sewed or spellcasted
covers or other similar personalized parts of other than the broom
manufacturer's origin.
- The ordered object is sent to the customer in good working condition
by m-mail (magic). All parts or other equipment for which replacements
have been provided shall become the property of the customer immediately
after the delivery's arrival.
- This limited warranty shall not apply to deteriorations due to normal
wear and tear, or if the broomstick has been used in contradiction
with or ignorance of the user manual, rough handling, exposure to
extreme temperatures, unauthorized modification, unauthorized repair,
repair by use of unauthorized spare parts, misuse, incident, influence
from chemical products unless the defect was caused directly by defects
in materials, design or workmanship.
- The limited warranty shall likewise purge if the defect was not
notified by the customer within thirty (30) working days after the
purchase, but was obvious at the time of the purchase. It shall purge
if the broomstick was not returned to the manufacturer within thirty
(30) days after defect's appearance within the warranty period.
- To claim a limited warranty the Customer shall present a legible
and non-modified original warranty card which clearly indicates the
seller's name and address, the purchase's date and place and the product
type.
- This limited warranty is the Customer's sole and exclusive security
against Rinaku Broomstick's Broomriding Equipment Shop and the Rinaku
Broomstick's sole and exclusive liability against the customer for
the defects or malfunction of the object. This limited warranty replaces
all other warranties and liabilities, whether oral, written, (non-mandatory)
statutory, contractual, in tort or otherwise. The manufacturer is
in no event liable for any incidental, consequential or indirect damage,
costs or expenses.
- Any change or amendment to this limited warranty requires Rinaku
Broomstick's prior written consent.
